### Pain

Real impact of strategy deployment was hampered by too much focus on templates and tools.

### Problem

Hard to maintain multiple interconnected spreadsheet X-Matrices and Bowling Charts in spreadsheets.

### Root Cause

Spreadsheets not good with regards to version control and to enforce and maintain links between goals, KPIs and projects.

### Software evaluation

FSN identified two candidate strategy execution management (SEM) solutions. Following an evaluation process, they selected i-nexus based on the availability of – and familiarity with – three critical key reports: X-Matrix, Bowling Chart and Action Plan.
